Abstract

The Data Requirement Survey (SKD)is a survey conducted by BPS to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. The results of the SKD 2020 are presented in the form of a descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics and data needs; Consumer Satisfaction Index of the service and data quality; and Anti-Corruption Behavior Index. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of tabulations, charts and infographics.
