Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS to identify consumer needs and to measure their satistfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. The results of the SKD 2023 are presented in the form of a descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics and data needs; Consumer Satisfaction Index of the service; level of satisfaction for data quality; and Anti-Corruption Behavior Index. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of tabulations, charts and infographics.
