Cooperation Agreement betwen BPS-Statistics of Banyumas Regency and ITT Purwokerto

BPS-Statistics of Banyumas Regency held a meeting with the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology regarding the memorandum of understanding and cooperation agreement. ITTP Chancellor, Dr. Arfianto Fahmi, S.T, M.T, IPM and Head of BPS-Statistics of Banyumas Regency, Ir. Suprih Handayani, ME signed a memorandum of understanding between institutions and a cooperation agreement between the Faculty of Informatics and BPS-Statistics of Banyumas Regency.
Discussions related to the cooperation agreement included student internships at BPS -Statistics of Banyumas Regency, teaching practitioners activities, academic activities, and community service.
In internship activities, students are expected to be able to understand statistical business processes, be adaptive and be able to synergize in the office world and produce changes or new breakthroughs in the form of applications. Internship activities will later be included in the Thematic KKN program where ITTP students are able to produce outputs that can be used as Final Projects . Then in the MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) program, BPS-Statistics of Banyumas Regency with the ITTP campus collaborated in the activities of practitioner lecturers and as supervisors/examiners in student final assignments. Forms of cooperation in academic activities include seminars, journals and application development. The form of community service that will be carried out is sharing knowledge and collaboration with the beautiful village program.
The form of collaboration between BPS-Statistics of Banyumas Regency and IT Telkom Purwokerto will later be expanded in the form of collaboration not only with the Faculty of Informatics but also with other faculties in ITTP.
The Beautiful Village Program will later be collaborated with Digital Village so as to produce output in the form of a village that understands the love of statistics and is digitally based. This is in line with the development of a smart city in Banyumas Regency. In addition, in the future target, a memorandum of understanding will be carried out between ITTP and BPS-Statistics of Jawa Tengah Province regarding the statistics corner where the implementing activity is BPS-Statistics of Jawa Tengah Province. The statistics corner activity is in line with the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program where students can become statistical agents and transfer knowledge related to statistical data to data users in the ITTP campus environment.
